Take Your Skills to a Different Level
The Cairn University XC Camp will challenge runners of all ability levels to improve their running skills while also encouraging, challenging and engaging them with the integration of biblical principles. Not only will runners learn the fundamentals necessary for efficient running, drills to improve proper mechanics and form, and participate in distance and speed training sessions to help each runner prepare for his or her XC season. They will also have the opportunity to earn college credit while participating in learning and discussion sessions based on "The Biblical Virtues of Running". This overnight XC Camp is based on the campus of Cairn University incorporating it's outstanding on campus facilities and central location to several nearby county and state parks with awesome and varying running trails and terrain. It even incorporates a training session along the Schuylkill River Trails in Philadelphia with a finishing sprint up the famous "Rocky" steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

- Cost: $450/camper without college credit, $750/camper with 2 college credits*
- Teams which register 5 campers or more together receive a $50/camper discount
- Camp open to Jr. and Sr. High students ages 12-18
Enrollment is limited to 25 runners per week. You can expect a high demand on these first-come-first-serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.
