Midnight Madness

Join the CSAC 2019 Conference Champion Cairn Women's Tennis Team for a fun night of midnight tennis at the Cairn University Tennis Complex. We will be playing doubles tennis in a round-robin style where all participants have a chance to play with and against various Cairn tennis team members.

No matter your tennis skill level YOU are guaranteed to have fun! From advanced to novice players this event is designed for all levels of play - come out, have fun and support Cairn Tennis!

How it works:

Each round you will be assigned to a court for organized Round Robin Doubles play
Each court will include one Cairn Tennis Team player/coach and three donors
The Cairn player/coach will rotate each round as your partner and opponent
Participating donors will add up games won each round
Three rounds per participant are projected (depending on number of donors)

During breaks you can enjoy refreshments, food and watching other matches!

Throughout the night there will be a variety of ways to win prizes including a point system for games played, skills contests, door prizes, and more.

ALL LEVELS OF PLAY ARE WELCOME!

NON-PLAYING DONORS: If you enjoy watching tennis and just want to support Cairn Tennis you can donate $20 and come out for a fun night of food and refreshments! Non-playing donors also receive the Midnight Madness t-shirt, goodie bag, and enjoy refreshments throughout the night. But please register ahead so we can plan accordingly.

Check-in: 8:30pm - 8:55pm
Gymnasium locker room available before and after the event
Participants (both playing and non-playing) must register in advance
$50/playing participant, $20/spectator

By indicating your acceptance, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows:

I know that preparing for and playing in this event is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able. I further realize additional risks associated with preparing for and participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, accidents, health hazards, the affects of the weather and the condition of all surfaces, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

Knowing these facts I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, covenant not to sue and hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims or liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind of nature what so ever that I may now or hereafter have against Cairn University, Cairn University Athletic Department, Cairn University Tennis Team (coaches, staff and players), the Midnight Madness committee, Virtual Charity Events, the sponsors, their representatives, successors, or assignees for my preparation and/or participation in this activity. I certify that I am in physical condition for this event and assume all responsibility for my participation.

I further grant permission for the use of my name and/or picture/video in any newspaper, broadcast or other account of this event without further compensation.

This event is rain or shine. There are no refunds.

If registering a child under the age of 18 or an incapacitated adult I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf and by proceeding with this event registration, I agree that the terms of this Terms & Agreements shall apply equally to all Registered Parties.
